If you are experiencing an issue with slowness or frequent disconnects from your desktop, it may be related to incompatibility with the latest version of Citrix Workspace – v2112.

Please uninstall Citrix Workspace from your Windows PC or Mac, then download and install the known working version of Citrix Workspace from the link below:

Windows 11 and MacOS Monterey are not supported for dbRAS yet:

Microsoft and Apple have released their latest OS named Windows 11 and Monterey respectively. At this time, Windows 11 and MacOS Monterey are not supported for dbRAS. You may experience unexpected problems if you use these products and dbSupportPlus will be unable to provide assistance with issues affecting Windows 11 and MacOS Monterey at this time.
